Ron Goddard comes to McLarens with an extensive background in the insurance claims industry. With over 20 years of experience, Ron has handled losses across most of the Midwest, as well as deploying to CAT sites when needed. Along the way, Ron has been tasked with managing teams of adjusters, as well as creating and implementing quality control systems and training materials for new adjusters.
Prior to joining the insurance industry, Ron had a decorated career in law enforcement, working his way up to Detective and later a member of an Undercover Task Force. Ron later parlayed his investigative skills into working for multiple SIU units, where he was able to bring his analytic background into the world of insurance claims and fraud.
Ron’s expertise in independent adjusting firm regional management, large loss property claim adjustment, claims investigations, training, account supervision, and file quality sets him apart from many of his peers. Throughout his career he has been recognized by management for his accomplishments in claim handling.
