Ross started in the insurance industry in 2009 joining esure insurance a file handler. He spent 12 years in motor before making the move to property and has been a team manager for over 6 years.
He decided to look for a new challenge in property insurance and moved into Loss Adjusting at Crawford and Company in 2022. Since then, he has developed a keen interest in property and spent the last few years gaining experience with client facing responsibilities offering tailored and bespoke solutions to client needs and prioritising the customer journey.
Ross would describe himself as a people manager first and foremost and is genuinely interested in people and their development goals. He values strong business partnerships and teamwork. He is also client focused and has a proven track record of building strong relationships between adjuster and client.
Based in Glasgow, Ross will lead a team of senior account handlers across both the Glasgow and Chelmsford office working as part of the desk-based team and offering support to the wider Real Estate area.
