- 2017 – Notable deployments include a six week catastrophe deployment serving insureds in the East Texas Region (Beaumont, Port Arthur, League City) subsequent to Hurricane Harvey, which was immediately followed by total loss fire claims in the Santa Rosa/Napa area affected by the Tubbs Fire.
- 2018 – A month long deployment to the Northern Virginia area heavily affected by the wind event on 3/1/2018. Over 60 claims inspected, written and submitted in three weeks.
