Biography

Having previously worked in the technology sector, Sandra joined the professional body for insurance, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), in 2013 as Regional Membership Manager for the North West and North East of England. Her role involved working to improve local communications and membership services, increase membership numbers and raise the profile of the insurance profession. The role eventually expanded with additional responsibility for the membership developments across the South West of England. In October 2017 Sandra moved to the new role of Development Manager at the CII, supporting local and regional brokers and financial planning firms across the UK with their training programmes, apprenticeships and achieving Chartered status.

Sandra joined McLarens in 2019 as Head of Client Services, bringing with her an industry-wide experience of customer service, training and development. Sandra works across the business to support all client facing activity, with particular focus on engaging with clients to develop further our customer proposition.
