Scott began his adjusting career in 1990 when joining Northland Insurance Company as a Claims Examiner III. In 1998, he transitioned into a Property Claims Specialist role with Hartford Insurance on the Agricultural Team, where he stayed until 2001. He then joined Norcia Nonhof Associates, Inc. as their Independent Claims Adjuster.
