EXPERIENCE
Shaun began his adjusting career in 1983 when he joined Crawford & Company as a Multi-line Adjuster. He took on many roles in his 21 years at Crawford, including being a Claims Supervisor, Property Unit Manager and Branch Manager. Shaun then became the Co-Owner of Bodine & Ogale Claims Services, a regional independent adjusting company that offered multi-line adjusting services to insurance carrier clients. In 2007, Shaun became the Owner of Ogale Claims Services, where he stayed until 2011. He then joined York Risk Services Group / Sedgwick as National General Adjuster and Account Manager. In 2021, Shaun became Director of Operations at McLarens.
