Shauna worked in customer service for the last 9 years initially in a call centre environment and subsequently in a supervisory role in retail. Shauna has a keen interest in the equine industry and commenced working with McLarens in March 2022 as a Claims Administrator. Shauna is currently studying and undertaking her CIP examinations with a view of progressing into the Loss adjusting field.
