Simon began his career at a small local brokerage, providing a basic claims service to its clients. He then joined Direct Line, where he processed and serviced home claims before moving into a role within Direct Line’s fraud department.
In 2006, Simon moved to ACE European Group (now Chubb) as an Accident & Health Claims Handler, later transitioning into his first Casualty Claims Handler role. In 2010, he successfully secured a promotion to Senior Casualty Claims Handler, servicing international clients on a global basis.
In 2017, Simon took up his first Loss Adjuster role with Crawford & Company within their Construction & Engineering division. He subsequently moved to Questgates in 2018 as a Casualty Adjuster and was promoted to Senior Loss Adjuster in 2019, where he investigated and adjusted a wide range of Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, and Products Liability claims, with values of up to £250,000.
In 2023, Simon joined Kudos Liability Adjusters as a Senior Casualty Loss Adjuster, before taking up his current Adjuster role with McLarens in June 2024.
As a McLarens Casualty Adjuster, Simon’s broad expertise is well suited to servicing the industrial, commercial, and real estate needs of the firm’s clientele.
