In this role, he conducted expert investigation and resolution for a wide range of insurance concerns including commercial property, general liability, builder’s risk, equipment breakdown, cyber, fidelity, terrorism, and school crises; including negotiating settlements in cooperation with claimant and plaintiff attorneys for bodily injury and property damage. During this tenure, he successfully pursued construction defect and subrogation matters through litigation.
