Timothy Bennett is Vice President and Executive General Adjuster with McLarens, bringing more than 26 years of experience handling complex commercial property losses throughout the United States. Since entering the insurance industry in 1999, he has developed extensive expertise in catastrophe response, business interruption, builder’s risk, manufacturing, healthcare, municipalities, educational facilities, energy risks, and multi-family habitational portfolios. His catastrophe experience includes Hurricane Katrina, the 2004 Florida hurricane season, and numerous major wind, hail, freeze, fire, and flood events. Prior to joining McLarens in 2014, Timothy held progressively senior positions with Engle Martin & Associates, GAB Robins, Allstate Insurance, and independent adjusting firms. He is regularly entrusted with technically challenging assignments requiring coordination among engineers, forensic accountants, contractors, legal counsel, and other technical experts to evaluate complex losses and deliver equitable claim resolutions. As Vice President, Timothy supports business development, client relationship management, mentoring and training adjusters, recruiting, and leadership initiatives within McLarens. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston Claims Association as Sergeant-at-Arms and is an experienced appraiser and umpire.
