With over 15 years experience delivering complex recovery projects, Tirnan has built strong operational expertise and strategic oversight within the damage management sector. Since beginning his career in 2011, he has contributed to major recovery operations across the UK, the Middle East, and North America.

He specialises in restoring commercial sites affected by fire, flood, structural damage, and contamination, leading multi regional onsite teams in high pressure environments while maintaining exceptional standards in safety, quality, and reporting.

Tirnan has managed operations for clients spanning defence related industries, multinational pharmaceutical and technology corporations, and international airports. He is known for clear communication, effective coordination, and decisive leadership from initial response through to final handover.

As a Mitigation Associate, he applies his industry experience by working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive efficiency, strengthen coordination, and deliver improved project outcomes.
