Tressa has several years experience in the management field, supervising others, training, and scheduling. As well as certifications in Forklift Operation, Dispatching and holds a current Oregon State Insurance Adjuster’s License.
She comes from a strong background of training and problem solving which plays a great part in her current position with Norcross as an Insurance Adjuster. Tressa has handled various losses including statement taking, investigation of losses with a settlement, vehicle inspections, cargo inspections, and accident scene investigations.
Tressa was promoted to Senior Adjuster in 2020.
