Thang graduated from Ha Noi Civil Engineering University with a degree in Civil Engineering (Quantity Surveying). After graduating, he worked as a senior quantity surveyor for consultants, Altus Page Kirkland and Davis Langdon & Seah. In 2012, he obtained an MBA.
In order to further his career, Thang joined McLarens Vietnam Ltd in September 2014 as a property and Contractor’s All Risk adjuster. He handles property and construction losses in Hanoi.
