After entering the loss adjusting profession in 1986, Warton has gained extensive experience in Hong Kong’s insurance industry, focusing on claims management and loss adjusting. He held various roles, starting as a Trainee Adjuster and progressing to Claims Consultant, before advancing to directorial positions at multiple international adjusting firms.
With over 20 years of experience as a Director across different firms from 1996 to 2022, and a brief tenure in a directorial role at another firm from 2024 to April 2025, Warton has demonstrated deep expertise in the field. He currently serves as Director at McLarens Hong Kong Ltd, overseeing GAS and Construction operations in the region.
Warton specializes in a wide range of insurance claims, focusing on casualty, construction, and property losses, with extensive experience in handling major claims across China and Macau. He is responsible for managing high-value claims, providing technical expertise, and contributing to business development in the region. He has handled significant claims in China and Macau, including fire, flooding, and typhoon-related losses to factories, hotels, and commercial buildings, with notable assignments valued up to HK$58.2 million.
