Danny began his career in 1988 as a claims adjuster with one of the leading loss adjusting firms in the U.S. After training as a multi-line adjuster, he transitioned into commercial loss adjusting, where he honed his skills in account management, working closely with carriers, brokers, end users, and other stakeholders.
Recognized for his leadership potential, Danny was selected for management and leadership training while continuing to handle claims. Through a series of relocations and progressively senior roles, he gained extensive experience leading local, regional, and national teams. His leadership journey includes building high-performing teams both organically and through acquisitions.
Danny offers a unique perspective on the independent loss adjusting and expert service offering landscape, having led teams through various market cycles. His operational expertise spans both domestic US and international daily claims handling, catastrophe (CAT) operations, and workforce development, including both full-time employees and 1099 contractors. He is well-versed in managing complex accounts involving subscription markets and multi-party participation, with a deep understanding of primary, captive, reinsurance, and excess market structures.
