After graduating from university in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts, Luke travelled to New Zealand in 2023, where he began his loss adjusting career with McLarens as a Claims Administrator. In this role, he supported domestic claims arising from the Auckland Anniversary floods and Cyclone Gabrielle, before later working within the Earthquake Commission team.
In 2024, Luke relocated to Perth, Australia, and joined McLarens’ Casualty Team as a Technical Claims Assistant, where he assisted liability adjusters in the investigation of claims.
Luke progressed to a Trainee Liability Loss Adjuster in 2025, where he simultaneously undertook a Diploma of Loss Adjusting. Upon completing his Diploma in 2026, Luke advanced to the role of Liability Loss Adjuster, in which he investigates and manages a range of liability claims, including public liability, products liability and personal injury matters.
Since moving to Australia, Luke has worked in New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia, gaining invaluable experience that has greatly supported his ongoing learning and professional development.
