Tina began her career in accounting in 1996 when she joined a small lighting company as an Office Junior. She quickly progressed into a Credit Control role and, in 1998, joined a car leasing company as a Purchase Ledger Assistant. In 2000, she was promoted to Team Leader, managing a team of four.
While working full-time, Tina earned her AAT qualification through evening college classes. In 2003, she moved to a well-known pizza company as an Assistant Management Accountant, where she was responsible for the profit and loss accounts of branches across the UK.
In 2008, Tina took time to focus on raising her two children while also working part-time as the Treasurer of a local preschool.
In 2012, Tina joined Crawford & Company as a Centralised Billing Clerk, managing billing and reporting for both UK and global clients. After ten successful years with the company, she moved to McLarens in 2022 as a Loss Fund Accountant. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of loss fund accounting and management, including bank reconciliations, cashbook management, and the provision of financial reports to both the business and its clients.
