Chelsea Chen is a Loss Adjuster with experience managing a broad range of commercial and industrial property claims across Taiwan. She has developed strong technical capability in claim investigation, damage assessment, causation analysis, and stakeholder management, supporting insurers and clients through the full claims process.
Since joining McLarens, Chelsea has worked on a diverse portfolio of property losses arising from product liability, recall, fire, machinery breakdown, and other insured events. She works closely with insurers, brokers, insureds, contractors, and technical specialists to investigate losses, assess policy response, and deliver timely, well-supported claim outcomes.
Chelsea is recognised for her analytical approach, attention to detail, and clear communication. She is committed to building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while providing practical solutions and maintaining a high standard of technical reporting throughout the claims process.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, Chelsea supports both local and international clients, enabling effective communication and coordination on cross-border assignments.
