Hannah started her career in the claims industry in 2023 with MPL Claims Management, handling Employers’ Liability and Public Liability personal injury claims. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for investigating liability, assessing evidence, reviewing medical documentation, and negotiating settlements while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Her experience includes managing claims from initial notification through to resolution, liaising with claimants, solicitors, insurers, policyholders, loss adjusters, and other key stakeholders to achieve fair and timely outcomes. She has developed strong analytical and negotiation skills, enabling her to effectively assess liability and quantum.
