Biography

Carlos is a family-oriented individual who values happiness, personal growth, and meaningful connections. He has a strong passion for sports, enjoys traveling, and takes pride in sharing the knowledge and experience he has gained with others. Born and raised in Venezuela, Carlos relocated to New York, United States, in 2002 to pursue higher education. He graduated in 2009 with a degree in Aviation and immediately began his professional career in the aviation industry. From 2009 to 2021, Carlos worked for Leader Air Service, an aviation company with operations in Venezuela and Miami specialising in management and maintenance services for corporate aviation customers. He started his career as a junior associate in the engineering department and advanced to the role of Project Manager. Following the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Carlos transitioned to Boca Aircraft Maintenance, a Miami-based FAA Part 145 repair station providing maintenance services to corporate aviation clients. He joined as a Project Manager and was promoted in 2024 to Operations Manager, where he led the company’s Opa-locka station. At the beginning of 2026, Carlos joined McLarens Aviation as an aviation adjuster.
