Aloff is an experienced finance and accounting professional with extensive experience spanning financial management, audit, reporting, taxation and governance. He brings strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, IFRS, internal controls and finance business partnering.
Aloff began his career in external audit before joining Deloitte Indonesia in 2011, where he progressed to Senior Auditor and led engagements for multinational and listed companies across the manufacturing, plantation, trading and holding sectors. His experience included leading IFRS audit work for PT Barito Pacific Tbk and supporting financial due diligence associated with the merger of PT Chandra Asri Tbk. He received Deloitte Indonesia’s Exceptional Performance Award in 2014.
Moving into corporate finance in 2015, Aloff took responsibility for accounting and financial reporting before being appointed Finance Controller at PT Kuoni GTS Indonesia in 2017. In this role, he has led the Finance and Accounting function in Indonesia, with responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, statutory compliance and internal controls. His achievements include strengthening accounts receivable management to reduce Days Sales Outstanding by 40%, improving the timeliness of statutory audit and tax reporting, and delivering significant efficiencies within the finance function.
Aloff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Atma Jaya Catholic University and an Advanced Diploma of General Insurance. His professional qualifications include Certified Professional in Organizational Development, Certified Forensic Audit Professional, and Certified Enterprise Risk Management & Business Continuity. He has also undertaken specialist training across IFRS 17, PSAK 117 and OJK accounting sustainability and reporting requirements.
