Heny is an experienced insurance professional with an extensive background across claims, customer service and administration, together with a long-standing career with McLarens Indonesia.
She began her insurance career with a general insurer, working within the Motor Vehicle Department and managing claims from initial submission through to settlement. This early experience provided Heny with a strong understanding of the claims lifecycle and the importance of effective communication and service throughout the claims process.
Heny joined McLarens Indonesia in 2012 as a Claims Administrator and, through her experience and performance, progressed to Head of Claims Administration. In her current role, she leads the claims administration function and supports the Loss Adjusting team in the efficient management and processing of claims.
Alongside her claims administration responsibilities, Heny plays an important role in McLarens Indonesia’s operational systems. She is a key user and local super user of McLarens’ global operating platform and the ERP system supporting company management, providing practical systems knowledge and support across the business.
Heny holds an Advanced Diploma in General Insurance from STIMRA/LPAI, having progressed through foundation and intermediate general insurance studies. In 2026, she also attained Associate membership of ANZIIF and Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) status.
She is actively involved in the wider insurance and loss adjusting profession through APKAI (Association of Indonesian Insurance Adjusters), DAI (Indonesian Insurance Council) and AICLA (Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters). Heny also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
