Weylen began his career in the insurance industry as an adjuster, starting in the Austin office of McLarens in 2021. While there, he learned first-hand the necessary skills to become a top adjuster.
He then moved to Cotton Global Disaster Solutions in 2022 as a Business Development Specialist, where he gained hands-on experience in commercial property restoration and reconstruction. Weylen re-joined McLarens as a General Adjuster in 2023.
