ATLANTA – JULY 2025: Global claims services provider McLarens has appointed Danny Miller as Chief Global Strategy Officer (CGSO), a newly created role within the firm’s Global Management Team (GMT). This strategic addition to the leadership team reflects McLarens’ continued growth and commitment to global expansion, innovation, and operational excellence across all markets.
Danny joins McLarens with immediate effect and will report directly to CEO Gary Brown. As CGSO, Danny will focus on long-term strategic planning, evaluation of M&A opportunities, and enterprise-level initiatives that further strengthen McLarens’ position as a partner of choice for clients worldwide. He brings a forward-thinking approach to corporate strategy, underpinned by deep technical knowledge of claims operations and market dynamics.
With over 30 years of progressive leadership experience in the insurance and loss adjusting sectors, Danny is a well-known and respected figure in the global market. His leadership portfolio spans senior executive roles in major firms, including Knight Commercial, Sedgwick, and York, where he drove high-impact initiatives across claims management, strategy development, M&A integration, and digital transformation. His operational expertise includes both domestic and international claims handling, catastrophe (CAT) operations, and workforce development.
