Ajay Kumar Patel is a seasoned insurance surveyor and loss assessor with more than 13 years of extensive experience in the industry. Born with a passion for precision and problem-solving, Ajay pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, which laid the foundation for his career in the technical and analytical field of insurance surveying. He currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at McLarens India.
Ajay’s professional journey began with a vision to bring integrity, efficiency, and technical expertise to the insurance sector. Over the years, he earned his licensed surveyor certification from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) in the categories of Fire, Engineering, and Miscellaneous, enabling him to provide specialized services in a wide spectrum of claims.
Currently, Ajay is entrusted with managing operations across Uttar Pradesh, where he oversees day-to-day functions, ensures seamless client interactions, and drives operational efficiency. His leadership is defined by his ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, optimize turnaround time (TAT), and guide teams toward accurate and collaborative loss assessments.
