Aldean obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Urios College (now Father Saturnino Urios University), Butuan City in 1996. He started his insurance career in 1999 as a motor adjuster. After a short period working in the family business, he returned to the adjusting profession handling casualty and fire losses. Aldean has since specialized in stock losses, relating to robbery/burglary and fidelity.
In April 2008, Aldean joined MYI Insurance Adjuster Philippines, Inc. as Senior Adjuster and he continues to specialize in property losses but has also gained experience in machinery breakdown claims as well as marine surveying. He is also a member of the Philippine Independent Loss Adjusters (PILA).

- Flood claim – Santeh Feeds Corporation at Calumpit Bulacan with a loss payable of USD1,500,000.00
- Fire claim – Schneider Electric Philippines Inc. et. al. at Cavite Export Processing Zone in Rosario, Cavite with a loss of USD1,272,311.00
- Various fidelity claims (Jewellers’ Block Cover Note) assigned Aris GmbH & Co. KG International Insurance Services in Germany
- Various third party claims (Manila Marriott Hotel) assigned by AIG Philippines Insurance Inc.
