He is a member of the Singapore Insurance Institute and has been in the loss adjusting business since 1981. Throughout this period, he has had extensive dealings in Property & Casualty losses and was seconded for brief periods to Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei for claims handling on large property losses.
As part of his duties, he is responsible for maintenance of professional standards and staff training.
