Daniel began his career in the insurance industry with Connexus Group, starting as a First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Handler within the Motor Claims team before progressing into the hire department, where he began his CII qualifications.
Eager to broaden his expertise, Daniel transitioned into the property side of insurance and joined RSA in Manchester. There, he managed a caseload of over 150 commercial property claims on a cradle-to-grave basis, while completing a fast-track programme towards his Dip CII and ACII qualifications.
Building on this foundation, Daniel joined QuestGates Loss Adjusters as a Trainee Loss Adjuster, taking on his own portfolio of claims valued up to £100,000. In August 2024, Daniel was promoted to the Major & Complex Loss Adjusting team, where he handled both commercial and domestic property claims ranging from £100,000 to £500,000. During this time, he achieved his ACII and earned the Advanced Dip CILA qualification.
With this valuable experience, Daniel joined McLarens to continue his professional development and to pursue further qualifications, expanding his expertise within commercial property.
