Gavin has 16 years’ experience in the Loss Adjusting and Claims Management sector and has worked in account and relationship management for the Lloyd’s and London Market since 2015. During this time, he has focused on developing strong working relationships with insurer and broker clients across the market.
Gavin joined McLarens in 2020 as London Liaison, forming part of the team responsible for protecting and enhancing McLarens’ established reputation in the London Market. Acting as a central point of contact for McLarens globally, Gavin works to ensure clients have positive and consistent engagement with McLarens’ regional adjusting teams, global specialty line adjusters and global TPA services.
In December 2024, Gavin was promoted to Head of Lloyd’s & London Market, serving as a lead figurehead for McLarens in the London Market. In this role, he is responsible for driving new business development initiatives while continuing to protect and enhance McLarens’ reputation. His responsibilities also include developing and expanding claims solutions, including McLarens’ adjacent offerings, and executing strategic growth plans across regional and specialty lines for the Lloyd’s and London Market.
Gavin is relied upon by many Lloyd’s and London Market clients to maintain open lines of communication between McLarens’ local offices and reinsurer and London broker clients. He has a clear understanding of Lloyd’s minimum standards and reporting requirements in the Delegated Claims Authority space and works closely with McLarens’ Global TPA operation on implementation and account oversight for London Market client accounts.
