Graham began his career with a notable Canadian aircraft engine manufacturer in 1980. He joined McLarens Aviation in 2014 as an engine surveyor who focuses on shop-based engine removal events to assess extent of damage caused by specific removal drivers, such as Foreign Object Damage and dropped engines amongst others. He is a specialist in separating event-caused damage and resulting costs, from normal engine wear and tear. He has full knowledge of all shop processes, documentation, quality assurance and certification requirements.
