Helen entered the Insurance profession in 1990 as a field claims adjuster for CIGNA, handling a wide variety of claims across property and casualty lines of business. She later moved to the claims head office where she was ultimately appointed senior liability adjuster, handling personal injury claims and managing programmes for multinational clients.
In 1997, Helen moved to the risk management department of Sea Containers Group in London, where she was responsible for the management of the group’s global claims portfolio, both marine and non-marine business.
Since joining McLarens in 2010, Helen has had responsibility for key global clients with exposure in multiple countries. Helen is a Global Accounts Manager and a senior member of our London based Casualty team with considerable experience in the Captive market. She co-ordinates the activity of our international offices, ensuring consistency of service delivery and the production of consolidated management information. She also handles a portfolio of complex Public and Product Liability claims, including Product Recall, for our global clients with a particular specialism in the pharmaceutical industry sector.
