Holly joined McLarens in April 2021 as a Claims Technician, having previously worked in a similar role within the construction and engineering sector. This experience provided a strong foundation in claims handling and an understanding of technical and contractual aspects of claims.
Since joining McLarens, Holly has continued to develop their knowledge and experience within the claims environment and has recently progressed into the role of Trainee Loss Adjuster. Holly is currently working towards the CILA qualification as part of her ongoing professional development.
