Isla has over 8 years experience in the insurance industry and has recently joined McLarens from global Insurance Company, Zurich, where she worked as a Sales Operations Consultant. This role included account ownership, MI analysis, accurate production of internal/external MI, compliance, process management and dealing with high value payments & calculations.
Prior to this, Isla worked for Cunningham Lindsey (now Sedgwick) where she started in Surveying Services. Isla progressed to the Private Clients team as a Adjuster Assistant and achieved the Cert CII & Cert CILA qualifications. During this time Isla gained experience as an Client Account Manager for Private Clients division, championing excellence in customer service whilst maintaining smooth operating rhythm for the team of Adjusters and working hand in hand with clients to develop aligned processes.
