Following Phillip’s honorable discharge from the US Army in 1999, he obtained an Associates in General Studies from Barton County Community College and then a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from WVU Institute of Technology. He then began his adjusting career in 2006 as a Property Trainee with RJMW Claims Services handling Property, Casualty, Personal Line Claims. His experience includes large commercial losses, liability, personal lines, and builder’s risk.
