He began his career managing trading desks at major financial institutions, generating over $75 million in annual revenue and managing risk-heavy portfolios for institutional clients.
After transitioning from finance to commercial real estate, Jason gained practical insights into risk and insurance coverage from the owner’s perspective. This experience led him to the adjusting industry at York Risk Services and Sedgwick.
In 2022, he joined McLarens and quickly rose to the position of Executive General Adjuster. Jason specializes in complex losses, with extensive expertise in power generation and renewable energy claims—including solar, wind, steam turbine, and biomass—across the U.S. He also has industrial experience in waste management, recycling, and water treatment facilities.
