Jason began his career working in insurance with Winterthur Life in 2004 as a claims handler and also providing project management support following the company being acquired by AXA in 2006.
In 2007 Jason moved to London and joined Crawford & Company as an Account Executive where he managed large insurer relationships (£1m+) and developed regional broker relationships across London and the South East. During his 6 year tenure with Crawford & Company Jason played a pivotal role in the business securing and renewing some of the largest accounts within the company.
Jason then joined Gallagher Bassett in 2013 as a Business Development Manager with the sole focus of developing new business with corporates, insurers, brokers and MGAs. In this role he reported into the Sales & Marketing Director and was responsible for delivering growth. Jason played a key role in Gallagher Bassett securing some of the largest account wins ever seen within the UK business. Jason also played a pivotal role managing marketing / PR as well as seeking new product lines and potential acquisition targets.
In 2019 Jason joined Broadspire as Director of Sales and quickly re-established Broadspire as a key player within the TPA market. Jason successfully managed a large sales pipeline and delivered growth within a short timeframe for the business. Jason also managed a marketing team and contributed to the wider UK business on key strategies and projects.
Jason joined McLarens in 2021 to lead sales across the globe for TPA.
During 2025 Jason took on additional responsibility working across all business lines within McLarens to focus on our corporate clients.
