He has been an engineer for 40 years, with 38 years dedicated to the insurance industry. He began as a Risk Inspector at a local insurer, later joining a local adjusting firm. He has worked with several international adjusting companies in Colombia and Peru. For six years, he was with a leading global reinsurer, managing claims across Latin America, including a three-year assignment in Mexico. He lived in Peru for 12 years, serving eight as Claims Manager at a top insurer and later as Central Manager at a major international adjusting firm. Most of his career has been in adjusting, both in the field and office, including training and leading teams. He participated in launching McLarens’ Colombia operation over 25 years ago, and now, back in Colombia, he is proud to be part of this team once again.
