In 2017 Kelton Vieux entered the Independent Adjusting field after training with and assisting a seasoned adjuster who had owned and operated her own claims management firm for over 18 years. Leveraging his background in customer service and his strong analytical and interpersonal skills, he transitioned into the adjusting profession with a focus on delivering results-driven service aligned with client goals.
Over the past eight years Kelton has worked a wide range of complex, high-exposure general liability and property claims through to resolution. His work has included direct subcontracting by the City of Tucson to support its Risk Management team, as well as participation in numerous catastrophe loss deployments and related large-scale assignments.
For the last six years, he has also been consistently retained by senior adjusters to assist on a diverse portfolio of claims—including Builder’s Risk, property, product liability, and general liability. These collaborative efforts have involved working within expert-level teams to evaluate damages, contribute to detailed reporting, and support the resolution of both litigated and non-litigated cases on a project-by-project basis.
Kelton brings a depth of hands-on field experience, a commitment to professionalism, and a client-centered approach to every engagement.
