Kerry brings over 20 years’ experience within the insurance sector, having worked in the loss adjusting industry since 2002. Prior to joining McLarens, she held a range of roles at another global loss adjusting firm, where her responsibilities spanned tender submissions, Caribbean CAT response management, marketing, event planning and management, and business development.
Kerry joined McLarens in April 2023 and was subsequently promoted to Head of Client Services, EMEA, reflecting her impact in strengthening client engagement and shaping client‑facing strategy across the region. In her role, she provides senior leadership for client services activity across the UK, Ireland and wider EMEA business, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the firm’s customer proposition.
Her expertise includes client engagement strategy, marketing and content development, event planning and management, social media marketing, and relationship management. Kerry works collaboratively across the business to ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience, supporting long‑term partnerships and driving continued growth across the region.
