Kieran began his career at a specialist motor insurer, managing claims teams for three years, handling property damage and injury claims. In 2021, he joined Sedgwick as a Domestic Adjuster, managing residential losses up to £100,000, before moving to their Commercial team in 2022 to handle larger property claims.
Since joining McLarens, Kieran has managed a diverse portfolio of complex claims which include natural catastrophe claims from the 2024 UAE floods, coordinating with local and international reinsurers.
He currently manages global international property claims on behalf of both local insurers and the UK reinsurance market, ensuring compliance with global programs.
His expertise extends to include UK and Pan-European major and complex loss claims, managing high-value commercial property cases.
