Kieran joined McLarens in July 2024 as Client Development Support from HSB where he spent 2 years on the claims operations team, responsible for loss adjuster relationships, contracts and associated due diligence.
Prior to this, Kieran was a Caseworker for the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
As of 1st April 2025, Kieran was promoted to the position of Client Liaison, and he is now responsible for the day-to-day management of a number of client accounts. His roles and responsibilities include MI production, contract and due diligence reviews, tenders/RFI and RFPs as well as maintaining relationships and prioritising business growth.
