Kieran has 12 years of experience at British Airways, progressing through increasingly senior engineering roles. Most recently, he served as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer in the Critical Defect Team, where he handled critical defect rectification and AOG support in a high-pressure line maintenance environment.
Before that, he worked as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer in the Long Haul Casualty Team, leading a team of Mechanics and Technicians to manage global AOG events and casualty maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft recovery.
He began his career as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, supporting licensed engineers in conducting AOG recoveries and casualty maintenance across multiple aircraft types.
