Konnie began her insurance career at Towergate Insurance in 2012, after graduating University with Joint Honours BSc/BA in Psychology and English. After exploring alternative sectors of employment, she returned to Insurance in 2021 as an Insurance Consultant for A Plan Insurance, specializing in Motor, Commercial Vehicle, Home and Landlord policies. Following a year of valuable broking experience, she developed a keen interest in claims and moved to Criterion Adjusters as a Claims Support Executive. Konnie joined McLarens in February 2025, focused one expanding her knowledge and working towards completing her CII and CILA to further her career in the industry.
