Lisa started working for McLarens in April 2023. However, she has been in the industry since 2013 working at one of the UK’s leading restoration companies managing a team of claim handlers. Lisa’s experience has allowed her to understand the insurance claim processes and build good customer relationships with all key claim stakeholders.
