After completion of her graduation in year 2007, Monica started her career with SGS as an Inspection Engineer. She later joined Heavy Metal & Tubes (India) Pvt. Ltd., leading manufacturers of Stainless Steel etc. tubes and pipes in India and worked as Junior Engineer. She is also having 4 years of experience as Chief Engineer with Pump manufacturing company mainly responsible for Production Planning, testing of pumps, involved in R&D activities, designing Quality Assurance Procedure and their implementation by training employees. Closely involved in ISO audits.
She entered loss adjusting field in 2015 and worked as a loss adjuster with one of the Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors firm primarily focusing on Fire and CAR/EAR claims. She commenced working with McLarens in 2020. She has experience in loss settlement of various Property, Marine, Engineering & catastrophic claims. Besides this, she was SPOC in India for 2.5 years liaising overseas claims ensuring that accounts are serviced efficiently and professionally with compliance & qualifying opportunities for business development.
Presently, she is responsible for operations in Mumbai and west regions. She is supervising Survey Team activities and providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to Mumbai Branch Team for the purpose of achieving the key result. She has good control over MIS, developing innovative ideas for faster conclusion of the claims and reducing TAT.
