Monika joined McLarens in December 2022 having previously worked at a loss adjusting firm for eight years where she performed various administrative and managerial roles. She worked closely with directors and managers, utilising her skills to support internal operations and marketing efforts across the group. She has delivered business support and enhanced operations for the management team.
Monika has over 14 years’ experience in business management, leadership, staff training and customer service / customer relationship management. As an experienced individual, she will continue to work closely with managers and directors using her skills to develop and support internal operations. Monika is also involved in the CII Association as a member.
