Paul graduated from the University of Salford with a BA (Hons) in 2010 and began his career in the insurance industry shortly after. He initially gained valuable experience as a motor claims handler with a leading insurer, before advancing to manage high net worth vacation insurance claims.
Paul transitioned into commercial claims handling with a major commercial insurer, where he first encountered the field of loss adjusting. Inspired by the challenges and impact of the role, he joined a national loss adjusting practice.
After 18 months he was promoted to field loss adjuster and spent the next 2.5 years managing a wide range of complex claims while pursuing further professional development.
Paul joined McLarens, where he has made a significant impact over the past four years. He has led numerous major loss assignments and is appointed as designated subsidence adjuster. His continued growth and leadership led to his promotion to Executive Manager for the Northwest regions.
