Rishika obtained her degree in Bachelors of Science in aeronautical engineering from Emirates Aviation University, Dubai in 2016. She initially worked as a trainee at Emirates, and further commenced her internship with McLarens Aviation in February 2016. She now works in the Abu Dhabi office providing technical support, since March 2017. Additionally, she volunteers as the Young Persons Representative of UAE Royal Aeronautical Society.
