Romell brings over 11 years of industry experience, having begun his career in 2015 as a Retentions Agent with Direct Line Group. Over the course of nine years, he steadily progressed into handling commercial and complex claims, building a strong technical foundation along the way. In 2025, he transitioned into an Adjuster role at Sedgwick, where he managed a broad range of commercial property and utility-based losses across the UK with some handling of environmental claims — drawing on his expertise in claim investigation, liability assessment, and settlement negotiation. Romell has since made the move to McLarens, joining the commercial property team to further develop his skills and deepen his knowledge as he continues to grow within the profession.
NOTABLE ASSIGNMENTS:
- Assisted managing large loss claims of around 100k in connection with the Finsbury Park Thames Water burst in 2023.
- Managed multiple commercial and domestic property claims in a hydraulic overload burst of a Thames Water pipe on Commonside East, close to Mitcham Common in 2025. This included many high street store business interruption. The incident resulted in an aggregate claims sum of up to 100K.
