Rosie Jones

Private Clients - Adjuster

Biography

Following graduating from Newcastle University in 2018 with a degree in Agriculture, Business, and Agronomy, Rosie joined Crawford & Company as a Graduate Adjuster and Agricultural & Equestrian Consultant within their Agriculture, Rural Industries, and Estates team.

Rosie’s background in agriculture stems from growing up on a family farm in Gloucestershire and working in the horse racing industry as a work rider for several years, both in the UK and Australia, prior to beginning a career in loss adjusting.

Rosie’s initial role at Crawford & Company involved the day-to-day handling of domestic and commercial insurance claims on behalf of leading UK and international insurers. This also included supporting other adjusters with the technical aspects of agricultural losses. After two years working in the West team, Rosie relocated to London to join the South team, where she began to focus primarily on high net worth (HNW) and bespoke domestic property claims, predominantly for the NFU Mutual account.

Rosie is now in her second year at McLarens working within the Private Clients& Estates team, specialising in handling complex and high-value losses for an exclusive portfolio of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. This includes properties of significant architectural and historical importance, fine art collections, and other bespoke policy risks.

Alongside Rosie’s work in adjusting, she also currently rides out for the Household Cavalry in Knightsbridge, maintaining her long-standing involvement in the equestrian world.
